Welcome in FCI dog kennel Fluviatilis!
Our breeding goals are dogs with good health, excellent temperament, and strong working drive. Puppies from us must have some kind of work. The puppies will not be sold as "pets" for families where they will not have meaningful work. A Toller needs both mental and physical stimulation, otherwise they will never be truly happy. Tollers excel in almost any activity they are introduced to. The choice of activity is up to the owner. A Toller will enthusiastically run an agility course, retrieve dummies or cold game, chase a frisbee, compete in obedience, or search for scents in nosework.
On this website, you will find current information about us and our dogs, planned litters, litter statistics, what we expect from potential puppy buyers, and what we offer in return. All our dogs live with us as family members, and we give them 100% of our free time.

Tolling tests
This activity is original purpose of the Toller. In 2017, I discovered the charm of these unique tests. Since then, I have been striving to learn as much as possible about tolling tests and never miss a single opportunity for education. I truly enjoy all the training with my dogs. This activity is fun both for them and for me.
These tests are also unique in that they were created to support breeding. Thanks to the tests, we have the opportunity to evaluate the direction of today's Toller breeding and to see whether our "little foxes" can perform the same work as their grandparents.
Breeding with a legacy of our ancestors' work
A hunter sneaks around lake in the first rays of the sun. He tries to remain hidden from the waterbirds, careful not to startle them. At his heels, his hunting partner steps cautiously. At a safe distance, he stops and begins sending his dog along the shoreline back and forth. He throws sticks and small stones, which the dog happily retrieves and brings back.
The playful movements and wagging tail soon catch the attention of curious ducks on the water. At one point, the dog disappears, only to reappear on the shore with a lively, playful stride. The ducks, interested, swim closer. In that moment, shots ring out; the ducks take flight, and two fall into the water. The red dog dives into the water without hesitation and gradually retrieves both fallen birds for the hunter.
Together, side by side, with joy on their faces from awell done job, they head back home.
